I guess you could say, whatever I was going to do in life, it was destined to work with technology, critical situations, disastaters, and possibly working as a hotel manager if you believe my high school placement exams.
Luckilly for me... I got into technology... and you can find me all over the web because that's where I lived for a long time, designing web pages, building web pages, and eventually moving to the background where I did the same thing... just for major coprorations.
So... for those looking for me on the web... here's a list.
People checking for info on someone on the web? What will they think of next?? Yes, in todays world, it's true... People do search to see if you've got a blog or social network page that's embarassing. I like to help people out by leading them to my embarassments.
If you do find anything more embarassing about me than this stuff that's out there - please send me a link so I can enjoy it too.
As a general rule - these will always be the same since I don't have a lot of time and Windows Live Writer allows me to update all of them at once with the same information. So expect them to often be the same thing over and over...

I used to be very much a answer guy on LinkedIn with a pretty high rating but LI really has kind of gotten to be more of a hassle to update and keep up with than I can deal with. I do repond and I do check it often - I just don't participate as I once did, but you will from time to time see me post an answer... just 'cause I like to keep that Best Answer score up.
Please note... I am NOT a LinkedIn LION (open networker) - I used to be one but it had my network abused by several people. I cultivate my network connections carefully and respectfully sharing them with those who I know will not spam or abuse others. As a result I like to know each connection a bit before I just add them. I find that to be more professional.
Youtube / Vimeo / Flickr and other places...
I used to have a very lengthy bit of video work on Soapbox - the MSN version of Youtube before MS pulled the plug on personal video works there. (Still believe that they had a much better interface - but lack of support and lack of publicity on it killed it... sigh.) I have accounts there - as well as with Deviant Art and some other sites.
As you can see - I'm very much into working with Microsoft Expression Blend, Encoder, as well as the usual Adobe and 3D Studio Max - and similar products for video compositing / editing. Occasionally I even do short tutorials and help people on projects. I should probably actually get off my lazy butt and create a portfolio or something but - for now this is good enough for me. If you click on the link for "Video" under "Projects" you can see some of my more recent tidbits of work there.
